Our UK Business unit has six manufacturing plants providing a great place to work for 1800 employees producing private label soft drinks and fruit juices for all the leading retailers including Tesco, ASDA, Morrison's, Sainsburys, ALDI and Lidl. We also manufacture for branded customers such as Innocent, Ocean Spray, Weetabix, Del Monte and Um Bongo. Whether it's packed in Cartons, PET, Aseptic PET or Cans, we ensure that our products are not only manufactured to the highest quality standards but they get where they need to be when they need to get there to meet the needs of our high profile customers.
The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR & Training Coordinator to join the HR team at our site in Pontefract.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will support with the execution of a fit for purpose HR and training strategy to achieve our business objectives.
This is a great opportunity for an accomplished Training Coordinator to further develop their skills across a generalist HR remit in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Being the first point of contact for all Training related queries on site
* Support in the creation of an annual training plan
* Work with Managers to develop and maintain Job Profiles, ensuring that training requirements are relevant and in line with agreed standards.
* Produce reports on a regular and ad hoc basis relating to site KPI's including (but not limited to) training completion rates / training gaps / training spend
* Monitor and record training documentation for all employees at the site via management of the relevant training matrices, updating hard copy / electronic training files to ensure audit ready status
* Monitor and review training course objectives and post course evaluation.
* Provide support to the HR team on a wide range of generalist HR tasks including (but not limited to) inductions, temporary agency staff, maintaining up to date and accurate employee e-files records, minutes of meetings, maintaining the HR database and recruitment

About You
You will be CIPD qualified (or working towards) and will have experience of working within a Training Coordinator role ideally within a manufacturing environment. You will have previous experience and knowledge of Training / HR systems and databases and be able to utilise IT systems to streamline processes where possible and extract data for further analysis.
Being able to communicate well at all levels across multi disciplinary teams is essential, you will also need a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet multiple deadlines. Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is dependent on experience.
We also offer an annual bonus incentive and a good company pension scheme, 2 x basic salary life assurance plus 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays (with the option to purchase additional holidays).
Working hours: 38 hours per week.
Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 & Friday 08:30 to 16:00
