TimePlan are working with a fantastic Social, Emotional and Mental Health school in Southampton who are looking for Learning Support Assistants.

The school:

The school is based in Southampton and is a small provision that caters for students who are unable to attend mainstream school. The school caters for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties and behavioural difficulties. They pride themselves on supporting pupils to make progress both academically, emotionally and socially. The school is an all-girls school and has a maximum of 10 students in the school and a maximum of 2 students per class. The reward system is a big part of the school and helps the students achieve their goals. The school are requesting people who can drive as there could be times that you will need to help with outings with school vehicles.

About you

In order to be considered for this position, all applicants must:

hold a current and clear DBS
excellent practitioners who strive to understand the students they are working with
able to take the initiative to develop good professional relationships and liaise with others
positive with energy and enthusiasm for their role
