Job Title: Health Club and Spa Manager - Hotel
Location: Ipswich
Salary: Circa GBP30k per annum
Are you an experienced Health Club and Spa Manager who prides themselves on their fantastic customer service, and their ability to work on their own initiative? We're looking for somebody to take control of all aspects surrounding the Health Club and Spa within a well respected Hotel, who will drive and motivate all departments to consistently achieve their targets.

We're looking for somebody who has a real motivation and drive to deliver exceptionally high standards for our members, and has a good working knowledge of computerised Health Club and Spa systems to come into this position with some good ideas, in order to proactively focus on continuing to drive the Health Club and Spa forward and increase profitability!
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment and team development, ensuring all members of the team are up to date with all relevant training
To promote sales through superior service at every opportunity
To control staff rotas and work within the budget provided for the department, spending money wisely to support the team and guest experience
Drive the departments to consistently achieve all financial targets on a monthly basis
To work closely with the Marketing Manager to produce and implement a strategic Marketing plan for the Health Club and Spa
Monitoring the overall guest satisfaction and working to implement a membership retention programme
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Holder of Currently National Pool Lifeguard qualification
Holder of Current First Aid at Work Qualification (Level 3)
Holder of REPS Accredited Fitness Qualification (Level 2)
Holder of Pool Plant Operation Qualification (Level 3)
Previous management experience of a Health Club and Spa
