Our client is seeking an experienced field based Service Engineer to join them on a permanent basis to be based from Wymondham, Norfolk travelling to customer sites across the region.
To be considered for this Field Service Engineer role, you will have previous and recent service engineering experience working on construction / plant machinery within the JCB portfolio. You will carry out plant machinery diagnostics, servicing and repair in this customer facing site visit based role.
As Field Service Engineer, you will be a strong ambassador for your employer and will build strong business relationships with your customer and promoting a professional company image at all times, meeting and exceeding customer expectation. You will have a portfolio of technical / mechanical training certificates and will have proven relevant plant industry servicing experience ideally within the JCB range of products. Consideration may be given to those with plant industry servicing experience from a dealership background.
You will have a full driving licence as well as a forklift and trailer licence. This position offers the chance to join a superb well respected organisation who offer further progression, training and development, excellent benefits and job satisfaction. The position is salary graded depending upon level of experience and certification with the chance to earn more based on overtime. 40 hour working week 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.
