We are looking for an experienced English Teacher (minimum 1 year teaching experience required in order to recieve rate of pay as advertised) to start in September 2021 at a secondary school in West Bridgford, Nottingham.
The successful applicant will be a qualified (QTS), secondary trained English Teacher with a solid background of teaching English in UK secondary schools - NQT's are suitable and will consider those who have taught English abroad (rate of pay may vary).
All of our applicants will be required to provide references from a contact within Education and a current DBS check registered to the update service.
As a minimum, all applicants must have a recognised teaching qualification and hold QTS or QTLS, have a positive approach to managing behaviour and be passionate about your subject which is evident in your teaching.
The preferred candidate will have experience teaching English to Key Stage 3, 4 & 5 and you will be required to do all planning, marking and preparation.
We currently also have full time, part time and permanent roles at various locations. In order to qualify for these positions you must have completed your teacher training and hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and therefore be qualified to teach English to Key Stage 3, 4 and possibly Key Stage 5.
