Job Title: Garden Maintenance Assistant
Location: Curdridge, Southampton, SO32 2DA
Salary: GBP8.91 an hour, with Overtime
Job type: Full time, Permanent (40 hours a week, Monday - Friday)
Do you enjoy getting your hands dirty? Have a passion for Garden Maintenance and a thirst for expanding your Horticultural knowledge? If so, you might be interested in our ethos of being known for producing and maintaining innovative gardens.
As I'm sure you'll agree any well landscaped garden needs to be maintained to keep it looking good. You will therefore be tasked with providing potential and existing clients with a range of professional aftercare services for their gardens.
We need experienced Garden Maintenance Assistants to join our expanding team. You would work alongside a Team Leader maintaining gardens of all shapes and sizes across Southern Hampshire. This is with the aim of providing our clients with a high level of satisfaction.
With nearly 50 years of experience and thousands of delighted customers, the company is highly regarded for its professional garden design, construction and maintenance. We want to remain as the Southern Hampshire premier Garden Landscaping Company.
The Candidate:
Essential
Plant knowledge & identification
Soft Landscape experience
Plant care, pruning & shaping experience
Garden Machinery knowledge
Risk assessments and onsite health and safety
A positive 'Can Do' attitude
Driving licenceDesirable
PA1/PA6 Spraying Certificates
NPTC Chainsaw Certificate of equivalent
Experience working with domestic/commercial clients
