Permanent HR Officer - GBP30,000
Your new company
I am delighted to be working exclusively with an organisation who is expanding their HR Hub in the North East. You will work alongside another HR Professional within a fast paced organisation with multiple sites across the UK and you will support the Northern sites.
Your new role
Within your new role you will be involved within all areas of HR and report back into the HR Manager based in the North West region where the central service function sits.
You will be involved within the following;
* Review, develop and implement employment policies and procedures aligned to business needs
* Provide supporting and advice to line managers while providing relevant training
* Involved within the recruitment and selection of the Northern region
* Effectively manage the acquisitions and sales of businesses ensuring compliance with TUPE
* Design, develop and deliver effective HR related training
* Provide advice and guidance to managers in areas such as absence management, employee relations, performance, legislation, equality and diversity and capability
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within the above position you will need experience in the above duties and responsibilities.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in the following areas;
* TUPE (IN/OUT)
* Experience and knowledge on how to comply with redundancy processes
* CIPD L.5
* Good employment law knowledge
