12 month maternity HR Officer role located in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Your new company
Over the moon to be working alongside my client on the recruitment of an HR Officer 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave. My client is a local charity / not for profit organisation looking for an experienced HR Officer who can hit the ground running working alongside the HR Business Partners. The main outline of this position is to be able to provide support across all HR activities and be a key member of the HR team to support the HR function.
Your new role
Within your new position you will be responsible for the following:
* Management of the HR Database system
* Providing support and advice around absence management, employee relations, recruitment and reward processes.
* You will be the first point of contact to deal with any HR enquiries
* Support with development and implementation of HR improvement projects
* Co-ordinate and assist with the HR workload
* Review operational systems and processes review the Policies, Procedures and Processes
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this position you will demonstrate experience in the following;
* Experience of providing support across a wide range of HR activities
* Experience in managing and administrating HR Information System
* CIPD L.3 or L.5 qualified
