Streetworks Administrator required in the Medway area for a temporary contract, to start ASAP. This role in Medway will be working within a busy company, working in an office environment.
This is working on a live streetworks maintenance contract and you must have experience of this. You will be issuing permits and logging this information and keeping this information up to date n a daily basis. This role is vital to the smooth running of this contract.
The duties will be as follows:
Opening and closing permits
Applying for permits from the local authority
Assisting the team with adhoc admin duties
Scanning documents
Collating information together
Upadting spreadsheetsThis role is a temporary position to start ASAP paying GBP11 - 12 per hour PAYE plus holiday.
We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience working within an office environment and who has previously worked as an administrator, specifically within streetworks. If you have experience of using "confirm" software, this would be an advantage.
