Administrator
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Administrator based in Staffordshire. The successful candidate will earn GBP18,000.00-GBP22,000.00 per year depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be organized, confident and efficient, who will deliver a high standard of office administration.
Hours of work will an eight hour shift, Monday to Friday. Weekend work is available if desired.
Role Requirements
Significant office administration experience is essential
Experience in minute taking is desirable
Knowledge of basic payroll and invoicing processes is desirable
Experience working in a care service is desirable
Clear spoken and written English
Computer literate - experience in using an understanding computer systems such as excel, word, outlook etc.
Has experience in the domiciliary care.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good time management
Consent to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check
Role Responsibilities
Answering phones, emails and dealing with general customer enquiries
Assisting with typing up care plans and updating client profiles
Assist the manager with staff recruitment
Must be a car driver
Must be fully flexible
Processing and monitoring all care staff annual leave
Organising and managing staff training events working with the in-house trainer
Creating and maintaining staff files
Creating and maintaining client files
Assisting the management team with the recruitment process
Responding promptly and efficiently to customer enquiries received
Knowledge of Marketing and Social Media a huge advantage
