Here at Newstaff Employment Services we have an amazing opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join one of our well etablished hotel based clients based in Luton. These roles will all be ongoing permanent and will offer great opportunity to progress within the business. It has been a while since hospitality has been booming like it is and we are extremely busy sourcing for all of our clients.
This role will be based at different working hours dependant on the needs of the business, we ideally need candidates with thir food hygiene certificates however there will be this training on site available for the amazing head chef. We apart of weddings, birthdays and large functions and let your food be the mark.
Duties will include:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
Helping the sous chef and to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
