Siamo are partnering with an accomplished, well known company within the health industry, who are looking to add a PA/Office Administrator to their Cheltenham office.
Your role as a PA/Office Administrator will be to act as a client liaison and support other services by co-ordinating appointments and activities for the company whilst assisting with the completion of client records and other correspondence.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Items are accurately recorded in the online diary where appropriate.
Meet and greet customers.
Process postage payments online.
Liaise with clients/employees to book appointments.
Prepare appointment schedules.
Prepare files and blank forms.
Book meeting rooms.
Telephone appointments are arranged within the required timescale.
The daily telephone schedule is accurately prepared and accompanied by appropriate
Schedule, appropriate files, and company information.
Check all documents are scanned and saved on the internal server.
Maintain passwords for all systems and programmes.
Maintain and monitor LinkedIn profile.
Chase outstanding documents/information.
The ideal candidate:
Microsoft Office experience.
Knowledge of TEAMs, Zoom and Skype are desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work.
Adaptable approach to your role.
Office administration experience.
