An experienced Office Administrator is required to support a very busy Purchasing and Sales office, within a fast moving and time pressured environment.

Working fixed part-time hours totalling 22 hours per week i.e. Wed/Thurs 8-4.30 (1/2 lunch) and 8-2 Friday, you will be supporting a small and very busy team, working on the new MRP system to deal with company purchasing requirements to meet with customer demands, scanning of orders, matching of delivery notes and general administrative support.

If successful, the role may involve being trained to support other operational areas and could also lead to a permanent role. In the short term the role will progress on a week-to-week basis.

Candidate Requirements:

* Good Office Administration experience and skills, along with good working knowledge of MS Office

* Good organisational skills and a confident, articulate telephone manner

* Self-motivated and able to work in a pressured environment to meet required timelines and customer demands
