Role: Office Manager
Location: North London
Salary: GBP30-33k
ITSS Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a rapidly expanding business based within the Property sector. The atmosphere in the office is very friendly, supportive and team orientated. They're looking for someone with a can-do attitude who wants to get involved with as much as they can, being a key part of how the company runs.
You will manage the office to ensure everything runs smoothly and work alongside the Team Administrator to provide administrative support to the whole team.
As a young, dynamic company they rely on technology far more than most other firms so you must be competent with computers and the Microsoft applications.
Key skills:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Time keeping
- High level attention to detail
- Previous office management experience required
- Ability to prioritise your task load
- Experience using Xero or other accountancy systems and raising invoices
- Dealing with the teams annual leave/sickness records
- Organising welcome packs for any new employees, requesting references, other HR duties
- Administrative experience within the property industry (advantageous but not essential)
You will also regularly deal with solicitors, estate agents and vendors in the home moving process.
You will be based in their North London based office with occasional home working. Alternative office location in the event the company relocates.
