Salary up to GBP21,404*

Our client is looking for a temporary repairs planner to support delivery of their new first-class responsive repairs service.

As part of a planning team your role will be to schedule work for the Responsive Repairs Teams. Ensuring that work is allocated efficiently, by prior planning and tracking of job orders, through to completion.

You will problem solve and make sure that all customers receive the highest levels of service. You will be willing to work 37.5 hours per week.

Our client wants someone:

Who can manage and schedule a variety of different types of repair jobs, including emergency jobs, throughout the working day, allocating the work to the relevant repairs operatives.

Who is seen as a people person with excellent customer service skills.

Who can liaise with customers to deal with enquiries, rectify issues, book appointments, and to keep them informed of any delays or changes which might arise.

Who can manage forward diary scheduling and monitor the workflow for the Repairs operatives throughout each day, to identify any potential problem areas to be addressed, and ensure good and regular communication with the team regarding workloads.

*

Who has previous experience of working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in a job well done.

*Salary will be up to GBP21,404 for a standard working week depending on skills and experience.
