TIG Welder/Metal fabricator
KG Personnel is currently looking for an experienced TIG Welder/Metal Fabricator for an architectural metalwork workshop based in Wellingborough.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience in metal fabricating (stainless steel/aluminium/brass). This is a fast-paced role, therefore, you will need to have very good attention to detail and very high accuracy, and is full-time work with the possibility of getting a permanent contract after 12 weeks for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* TIG Welding.
* Trimming, filing, grinding, buffing and smoothing surfaces, seams, and joints of assembled parts using hand tools and portable power tools.
* Drilling and punching holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets.
* Locating and marking bending and cutting lines onto workpieces.
Pay Rate:
up to GBP13.00 D.O.E
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 08:00-16:30.
Friday 08:00-16:00.
