We're now looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join us on a full-time basis in Camberley, for a six-month fixed term contract.

The Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in our quality management process ensuring quality compliance for the design, manufacture, sale and global distribution of our products.

You will also assist with the management of the customer complaint database and investigations into non-technical customer complaints.

Additionally, you will:

- Provide support for internal and external audits
- Generate, review and amend quality system documentation
- Support and develop data for the input into the site management reviews
- Provide quality support to other departments

About You

To be considered as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll need:

- To be experienced and conversant with current requirements for ISO13485, ISO 9001, and 21 CFR Part 820
- Previous experience of managing customer complaint databases
- Experience in investigating and documenting non-technical customer complaints, including resolution and closure of historical issues and documentation
- Risk management experience
- To be conversant with the key regulations for in vitro diagnostic devices
- The ability to read and understand technical material
- To be computer literate and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office packages

Ideally, you will be educated with a bachelor's degree or HNC in a relevant scientific discipline (Microbiology or similar Life Science preferred).

Also beneficial to your application are auditing skills, such as Lead Auditor to ISO 13485.
