We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy Architects Practice at our Liverpool office. This role is a full time post. 37.5 hours per week (8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday).
The Receptionist/Administrator will receive and direct visitors to a proper department/location. Answering phone calls, letters, e-mails and/or directing these communications to the correct department/location/staff person. Making clients and visitors to FCH feel welcomed and answering all their questions. General administration duties.
Previous experience working as a receptionist in a similar role ie Architecture/Design or busy working environment.
Experience of office administration to enable development of support tasks to the wider administration team.
Evidence of data entry and word processing skills.
Fully computer literate, especially Microsoft Outlook
Able to multi-task and manage own workload.
