If that sounds like you then come and join our client and take the lead on delivering a successful and inspiring marketing strategy and communication activities in relation to their Building Better Opportunities (BBO) programme. They need you to take forward their success to date and maximise the recruitment of participants.
Our client is looking for a creative all-rounder with a keen eye for detail who isn’t afraid of getting stuck in with design tasks (print and digital) that support the Job Coaches across the county to recruit new participants and deliver campaigns to raise awareness with local employers ensuring progression routes are available for all participants some of whom may face multiple barriers which have previously prevented them from working.
This post is a fixed term contract for up to 18 months and will be funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and European Social Fund. This is a challenging post and will require you to be innovative. You will be part of a dedicated team that provides a high-quality service and an organisation that is committed to valuing and supporting its employees and the local community.
The local BBO programme has been shaped by the Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership, and the National Lottery Community Fund is matching funds from the European Social Fund (ESF) 2014-2020 to invest in local projects tackling the root causes of poverty, promoting social inclusion and driving local jobs and growth. The project is currently in its fifth year and has recently received notification of a contract extension due to its success to date.
