Here at Wrights Food Group in Crewe, we are looking for committed and hard-working individuals who will become a part of our exceptional team which creates and delivers high quality pastry, confectionery and ready meal products for supermarkets, garage forecourts, shops, hotels and restaurants across the country and overseas.

Working from our £30million manufacturing facility on Western Road in Crewe.

Hygiene operative to work as part of our dedicated team which ensures that production lines, equipment and premises are cleaned to the highest specification.

All roles at Wrights Food Group require individuals who can work as part of a team but who are also able to use their own initiative and progress their careers within the company. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who can quickly move up to supervisor level.

Wrights Food Group offers competitive rates of pay as well as 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays) pro-rata for four-on four-off shift pattern. All staff are auto-enrolled into the peoples Pension scheme unless they chose to opt out.

We require all of our team members to have excellent attendance and punctuality, be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and to communicate effectively.
