Welcome to Staffbank Recruitment.
We have the pleasure of working with a local small business who are currently looking to recruit a long distance delivery driver to start ASAP.
For this role you will ideally have previous driving experience with an overall flexible attitude. You will be involved in the following duties and responsibilities:
* Long distance multi drop driving all over the UK including Cornwall and Scotland
* You will be required for stop overs - an enhancement is offered
* Experience of multi drop driving desired
* Assistance with the loading and unloading of the van
* Provide excellent customer service to all clients on delivery
* You must be physically fit as some of the products are heavy - however you will be provided with the correct equipment to load/unload
* Experience of working with a PDA is desirable
* Experience of adhering to all Health & Safety procedures
* You must have no more than 6 points on your license
* Due to the company insurance you will need to be over the age of 25
* Hours between 07:00 and 22:00, however it is essential you are flexible in your working hours
Our client is exceptionally busy therefore the deliveries are constant and you will be kept busy - so you cannot be work shy
