HR GO are looking to recruit experienced Production and Assembly Operatives to start ASAP for their prestigious Manufacturing client based in Washington. Successful candidates must have production experience and have worked in a face paced environment.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:-
Experience of running and operating various production machines
Packing and palatalising on the end of the line
Ensure all parts are quality checked to a high standard and any faults are rectified/reported in a timely manner
A sound understanding of Health and Safety and ensure strict guidelines are adhered to
Ability to meet targets on a daily basis and understands SOPS
Works and promotes 5S
Other duties as and when required
Successful candidates must have an eye for detail and be able to follow guidelines and instructions as directed. You also must be a good communicator and be flexible in your approach as this will require you to work various shifts.
You must also have a positive attitude to work, be a good team player and high levels of concentration.
Shift patterns are as follows:-
Week 1: 6.30am to 14.40pm (Mon to Thurs) and 6.30am to 14.30pm on a Friday
Week 2: 16.30pm to 00.40am (Mon to Thurs) and 15.45pm to 23.45pm on a Friday
This is a temporary on-going role and offers long-term stability for the right candidate.
This role meets National Minimum Wage and offers shift allowance.

You must be able to drive or ensure you able to commute to and from work with it being late finishes
