Lead, manage and continually develop the Engineering team supporting the Site/Plant and Company Business Plan. Work closely with the production team to continuously improve site overall equipment effectiveness, people development and a lean culture.

You will be responsible for planning, organising and co-ordinating all resources to meet production requirements of ongoing maintenance, replacements and unplanned issues across all the machinery in the plant.
You will manage a team of 8 across the business ensuring best practice and as much pro-active maintenance as possible as the business opens back up to full speed.
Profile
The successful candidate will be an engineering manager in a processing business or a maintenance manager in a processing business.
You must demonstrate strong leadership qualities in order to bring the team and the business with you in the changes required.
