Maintenance Supervisor - Devon
An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a reputable Social Housing contractor to assist in the management of operatives, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance work in Devon. Applicants will ideally have a SSSTS in place although this is not essential.
The role will be based from their Devon branch, travelling the patch to carryout surveys on tenanted properties, collating materials and costings to be presented to the end client. Experience of managing operatives on site is essential and ideally you will come from a trade background.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tradesman to take that "next step" in their career. Our client is keen to assist someone to progress, although needs the basic building knowledge and experience to expand on.
