Job Title: Technical Sales Administrator

Location: Rugby

Salary: GBP22,000

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the broad outline of this role is to provide a high standard of administration support across a range of accounts. The role will be mostly internal based (with the possibility of customer/site visits) with a high level of autonomy regarding the day-to-day operation of the customer accounts.

Key responsibilites of the role:

General Account Administration working to departmental and business KPIs.

Order entry - both fast paced sales orders and project managed store orders working to tight deadlines.

Quote generation and chasing for conversion to increase the company's market share and maintain/grow forecasted store numbers per market.

Liaising with other internal departments to facilitate a smooth process from quote through to post-shipment after sales care.

Deal with any warranty claims to ensure a quick resolution for the customer.

Produce customs documentation and liaise with customer, freight forwarder and our shipping team with Middle East orders.

Support the AR function of allocated accounts to ensure that overdues are kept to a minimum.

Perform any other admin duties to support the business.

The Candidate

You will be educated to A level standard or equivalent.

Strong administration experience within a fast-paced sales environment.

Must have good attention to detail and process driven.

A good level of IT Proficiency with experience on ERP systems and MS Office (focus on Excel).

Confident and with the ability to build rapport quickly and easily with customers and internal

stakeholders.

You will have good written and verbal communication skills.

A good team player and driven to succeed in a customer orientated environment.

A good understanding of processes/procedures with defined deadlines.

Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.

Ability to travel if necessary
