Our client is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to be based in Chester
This role is to undertake surveys on empty homes, making sure that work is being carried out to the right standard and within the designated turn around times.
You will be responsible for managing maintenance contractors
Pay for this role is 20phr - this role is inside IR35
