Our Client are looking for an Admin Assistant to work within the Technical delivery team, supporting with the administration tasks associated with utility company obligation (eco) submission paperwork, for a number of large-scale projects. the successful candidate will report directly to the Project Manager.
Company and Product training will be provided
The successful candidate will need to be organised, have good communication skills, and a can-do attitude. the position is site based, and travel may be required occasionally
Must have a valid Driving Licence
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the operations team and installation team/contractors to gather information on installations completed on a weekly basis.
* Completing survey forms and checking that all survey forms are compliant/completed correctly.
* Visiting properties to take photographs of heating measured in-situ before heating upgrade, to support ECO submission paperwork.
* Collecting and checking all relevant certification
* Reviewing paperwork to ensure it is compliant ahead of submission.
* Completing ECO submission paperwork on time each month.
* Form relationships with clients in order to gather the information required to complete ECO submissions on time.
* Develop positive relationships with residents.
* Complete ECO technical monitoring visits or liaise with TM agents to attend.
* Ensure all projects are GDPR compliant.
* Any other tasks which the Project Manager requires support with.
* To ensure understanding of the Company quality and environmental management systems and to work according to their requirements.
* To be aware of the environmental aspects and impacts relevant to the work of the job holder as well as ensuring compliance with any environmental legislation that is applicable to the job
