THE COMPANY:
This company is a well-established Building Services Contractor having been established for over 30 years. In the early days, they were involved in small electrical installations, and have since grown to a GBPmultimillion turnover business where they work across a number of different sectors, including Retail, Commercial and Industrial, on projects ranging in value from GBP0.5 to GBP10 Million.
THE ROLE:
As a Mechanical Estimator, your role will require you to source and secure Mechanical contracts. Servicing commercial clients, this is a diverse role offering lots of opportunity for development and progression. Working closely with clients, you will often be the sole representative for the company and be involved with all stages until the quote is submitted and accepted. This is a junior/ intermediate position, and as such, full training will be provided.
THE CANDIDATE:
As a Mechanical Estimator, you must be organised and well educated with a degree or similar qualification within Building Services. A self motivated individual with an understanding of estimating software would be ideal. You will be joining a committed team and so a desire to progress would be ideal.
