Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification alongside a degree in Religious Studies. You will be required to teach Religious Education at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The positions available are long-term, short-term, day-to-day, full-time and part-time, starting as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and will be able to plan innovative and engaging lessons that will meet the needs of children with a variety of abilities. You must also be approachable, inspiring, enthusiastic and be able to quickly build relationships. This is a great opportunity to join the school and become part of its committed teaching team.

Requirements

To be considered for the Religious Education Teacher role you must:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have some knowledge or previous experience of Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Be adaptable and flexible
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff
