Customer Service and Sales Advisor - Student Accommodation

Location: CentralCardiff

Salary: GBP9.76 per hour + bonus + benefits

Hours: 22.5 hours per week. Shifts will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday/ Saturday, Sunday and Monday, working between the hours of 8am - 8pm (either 8am-4pm or 12pm-8pm).

The role

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Service and Sales Advisor role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!

What youll be doing

• Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
• Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
• Planning and running events for our students

• A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
• An excellent communicator; youll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
• Youll also have great time management and organisational skills
