A great opportunity for a national training provider who deliver Apprenticeships, Traineeships, AEB, Advanced Learner Loans, ESF Programmes and Commercial Course has become available in Stoke-On-Trent.
You will ensure the client have a viable and high performing Adult Education offer and build from what the client have and grow.
They expect you to have a vision and the ground level implementation to deliver on their aspirations. You will be leading and building a team of people and have accountability in managing performance and delivery of AEB, Traineeships, Loans and all contract management issues to ensure targets and KPI's are met.
Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Have a strong Further Education & Adult Skills Sector management experience and a high-level of expertise of managing Traineeship delivery, as well as knowledge and experience of OFSTED lead and Provider Financial Audit.
- Have a good understanding and ability to work with learner recruitment.
- Oversee all activities relating to MIS systems and management of the funding.
The Delivery Manager will meet the service standards that are required by the ESFA and any other funding provider and ensure the company is compliant towards the funding rules, awarding bodies and that teaching and learning quality is maintained.
You will be involved in overseeing and delivering on all activities within the Traineeship Funded contract including delivery centre management, learner and staff recruitment, employer relations, performance management, compliance and monitoring.
The successful candidate will manage the operational delivery and performance of all contracts, working closely with key strategic partners, monitoring performance and achievement of contract requirements. You will monitor, drive and manage contract performance to achieve target contract outcomes through effective management of administration and delivery staff. Delivery Managers will monitor and review forecasting whilst producing weekly/ monthly reports.
You will manage and oversee the Staff Training matrix, CPD, Single Staff Register and ensure staff probationary reviews and appraisals are conducted appropriately and fit for purpose.
The Delivery Manager will participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation. You will support where needed to implement change management processes
