Some of the tasks will include, but will not be limited to;

• Registering New Candidates

• Building relationships

• Sourcing candidates; headhunting

• Finding sales leads

• Social media managing

• External and internal advertising

• Admin duties

• Answering incoming calls and taking messages

• Chasing references

• Sourcing candidates

• Preparing CVs to be sent to clients

We're looking for individuals who demonstrate the following:

Salary and the benefits we offer: We offer a basic salary and strong commission structure with on-target earnings of:

• Year 1 - GBP18,000 - GBP25,000

• Year 2 - GBP28,000 - GBP32,000

• Fantastic commission structure, uncapped earnings, and bonuses
