We are currently recruiting for Chefs for the Durham area.
Working alongside the Head chef cooking dishes from fresh ingredients is essential as well as a passion for cooking. We are looking for someone who can multi-task during service, follow checklists during close downs and openings and follow important food and hygiene standards and procedures. The prospective candidate must be used to a fast paced environment, be able to take instructions and follow procedures.
Summary of position
Prepare ingredients and create dishes to a consistently high standard and in a timely manner.
Complete all relevant paperwork relating to food safety, hygiene, cleaning and health and safety.
Assisting the head chef
Shifts
Shifts can vary but can be anything between 0800-20.30 Monday to Sunday. The pay is weekly at a rate of GBP10.90ph
Experience
Candidates must have a level two in food hygiene certificate and experience of working as a Chef in a kitchen
