I am currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor for a well known manufacturing and production business in Glasgow.
This role is a permanent, full time role working Monday-Friday backshift 14.45pm - 22.45pm.
Skills & Duties of this role will include but won't be limited to:
* Non working supervisory role overseeing operatives production line
* Supervising / instructing / guiding operatives within area
* Good organizational skills
* Health & Safety Knowledge & Awareness
* Timber frame knowledge
* Good level of computer & CNC operating skills
* Trained to use sawing machinery
* Able to read fabrication drawings
* Good and effective communication skills
* Throughput reporting and monitoring
* Ensuring factory housekeeping standards are maintained
* Leadership qualities
* Problem solving skills
* Quality Control
* Flexible approach to production required tasks
* Good work ethic
* Reliable
* Stock control / awareness
