Support Administrator required for a busy purchasing department to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Tasks involve:

Generating reports
Reporting information directly to suppliers
Setting up new product and supplier information on the Company ERP
Dealing with invoices and shipping queries
Checking products against supplier provided information
Requesting and managing safety and compliance documentation
Updating product availability and shipping timescales
Raising and amending purchase orders on behalf of the buyers
Carrying out additional duties as and when requiredSkills required:

Proven experience of administration and providing support in a fast paced environment
Excellent IT skills including strong Word and Excel skills
Familiar with using an ERP would be an advantage
Ability to work to strict deadlines under pressure
A proactive and flexible approach to work
Accuracy and attention to detail essential
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
