Our client, a growing, vibrant organisation are looking for a temporary Administrator to support the membership team in a variety of administration functions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their role and enjoy working for a company that pride themselves on their values. This role could become permanent for the right candidate.
Duties
* Answering calls and responding to queries promptly, efficiently and courteously - being first point of response for members of the team.
* Dealing with routine paperwork and documentation
Dealing with members professionally, responding to emails and direct messaging, obtaining information and providing advice and guidance about the range of products and services offered by the company.
* Collation of data, entering details with speed and precision on to the CRM System, producing accurate analysis and reports for management as required.
* Being a key point of contact and link between teams, providing and receiving information regarding developments and practices within business.
Skills
* Excellent Communication skills, verbally, in writing and on the phone
* Well developed interpersonal skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to details
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Professional, courteous, positive and responsive at all times
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service
* The ability to work to deadlines whilst multitasking
* Able to solve problems
* Excellent IT skills
Location, Hours & Salary
* Based in Kings Norton, roughly 1 mile from the train station
* 9.00am - 5.30pm Mon to Fri
* GBP17,500 - GBP19,000 PA (GBP8.91 - GBP9.00 per hour whilst temping)
Contract length: 6 -12 months
