Our client is financial services organisation and they are now seeking a Member Administrator in their busy pensions projects team. This is initially a 3 month project but could be extended.
Tasks:
Delivering excellent front line customer service to customers via phone, web-chat and email
Creating letters and communication materials and sending to customers
Handling of member responses, maintenance of member records and database updates
Checking of data inputs and production of data extracts
Understanding and application of different member engagement project types
Collation of data for Management Information (MI) and production of MI reports
Provision of project and technical information both verbally and in writing
Ensuring that member claims are dealt with in accordance with SLAs and KPIs
Project work as directed by Team Leader or Manager in line with agreed plans
Liaison with Customers, Clients, Scheme Actuary, Consultants, Providers, Pension Payroll and third parties
Assisting with Project Implementation
Reviewing and updating of Processes in line with industry changes
Contributing to the development and maintenance of HUB processes and system development
Compliance with business associated certifications including ISO and
The person:
Previous experience in an office-based role
Educated to A-level standard
Be able to demonstrate ownership, responsibility and accountability for self
Be organised, methodical and logical in approach to tasks
Have high standards, excellent quality of work and customer responsiveness
Be able to develop and implement own processes to manage high volumes of work
Have good leadership skills, the ability to manage own workload as well as assisting the team
Be able to plan and be flexible with that plan
Be proactive, having drive and commitment
Be able to work on own initiative
Be a point of reference for knowledge
Have a can do attitude, attention to detail and take pride in work
Be able to communicate effectively
Have the ability to work in a team towards company objectives
Have experience of working with MS Office products, such as Outlook, Excel, Word
