Our Client require your excellent Administrative skills to join their small and friendly team in East Leeds on a fixed term basis for 12 months. Your daily role will involve numerous Administration duties as well as having to communicate with suppliers. You will be required to use your administrative skills to check paperwork, prepare reports and enter information in to systems, as well as daily use of Excel. You will also be expected to be able to communicate on the telephone effectively. Ideally you will have a background in food manufacturing.
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, 30 minute break
Salary: up to GBP22,000 with a salary review after 6 months with a view to a salary of approx GBP26,000
Duties:
Generating and checking inventories
Distributing and creating plans
Checking paperwork against the system
Stock rotation
Advising people of deadlines
Issuing reports
Inputting information
