Part Time Service Delivery Administrator
Tonbridge
GBP20K-GBP25K DOE pro rata
Brand-new part-time role working for a manufacturing business based in the Tonbridge area.
Duties include:
Managing a busy service delivery mailbox, responding to customer queries and complaints
Log all new reactive calls out within 4 hours of receiving
Schedule according to SLA
Provide engineering team with all relevant information in order to complete role
Managing customer portals and websites
Invoicing
Processing expenses and timesheets
Delivering exceptional customer service
Completing risk assessments and method statements
Document management
Any other ad-hoc duties as required
The right candidate will have/ be:
Ultra-organised
Helpful, with a desire to work in a supporting function
Reliable and flexible
Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to offer the best possible service
Relevant experience within a similar role and industrial sector
Strong MS Office skills with the ability to pick up new IT systems easily
