QA Test Analyst - Selenium Automation, C#, .Net, Postman, CI/ CD (Octopus, VSTS), Azure, JMeter, Agile, TDD - Warrington - GBP35-40k + excellent bonus + excellent bens
A QA Test Analyst with Automation expertise is urgently required by my client to provide additional quality assurance expertise on key programmes of work based around the development of core customer-focussed applications. You will work with Selenium on a suite of data integrations with functions, service bus, service fabric and Web API's in a Cloud-based environment.
QA Test Analyst Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality automated testing for new software products across front-end, back-end, web and mobile apps using Selenium, C#, .Net, Postman, JMeter
- Work collaboratively with Developers, QA Analysts and Delivery Managers to define automated test strategy
- Identify areas where test automation will add value
- Design, write, execute and deploy test cases across the full QA process with a focus on TDD within an Agile environment
- Keep up-to-date with trends within testing, investigating new tools and technologies that can assist QA
QA Test Analyst Skills and Experience:
- In-depth experience of automating testing using Selenium in a micro-service environment
- Ability design and execute automated test cases across front-end, back-end, web and mobile apps
- Strong understanding of clean code and the ability to create automated test scripts, ideally using C#, Postman, Azure and/ or JMeter
- Experience of integrating test cases on CI/ CD pipelines using Octopus or VSTS
- Substantial expertise within an Agile software development team
Experience of Mobile Native App automation testing would be ideal. The ability to change priorities would also be highly-regarded as project work is fast-paced with business needs often changing and you the ability to manage conflicting priorities would be a significant advantage
