Cleaning Supervisor
The Manchester College has many Campus locations across Greater Manchester, each with its own specialist cutting-edge facilities within a friendly and supportive environment. We are the largest Further Education College in the UK providing education and training to a wide range of learners.
We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities team as a Cleaning Supervisor on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
The purpose of this role is to manage the overall quality, standards and personnel of the cleaning teams, across a multi-site portfolio, in line with TMC SLA's, strategies, policies & procedures. With an innovative & sustainable approach, you will drive & inspire the cleaning team to deliver a professional, comprehensive, high quality service to all building users.
In order to do this, you will need:
COSHH qualification or relevant experience
Experience of managing a large and sometimes remote team
Experience of carrying out COSHH and task-based risk assessments
Confident IT user, in particular MS Office
Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques and processes
