Our Hereford based client requires an experienced administrator to join them on a permanent basis and working on 6-week rota between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
The successful candidate will be organised, methodical, computer literate and ideally have previous experience within a supply chain environment, although candidates with strong administration and customer service skills will be considered.
Offering a competitive salary, depending on experience, in addition to a company bonus scheme.
What the successful candidate can expect:
* A point of contact for engineers, supporting them in their work with good communications, forward planning and making best use of them as a valuable resource
* Working closely with project managers to ensure a full understanding of engineer's appropriate skillsets, availability, logistical routing and customers preferences
* Allocation of service orders/scheduled maintenance to the appropriate engineer
* Schedule service orders in the CRM scheduling system
* Prepare weekly work plans for engineers
* Processing of service calls from clients and schedule to the engineers as required
* Order parts for quoted works and maintenance works
* Provide service reports to clients and gain customer feedback as required
* Manage delivery and return of equipment and spares
* Processing of purchase orders for subcontracted works
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience of administrative, data entry and word processing
* Diary management experience
* A customer service/supply chain background
* Excellent IT skills including use of Microsoft Word and Excel packages, plus other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Clear and effective written communication
* Good interpersonal skills with a confident and polite telephone manner
* Must be able to balance priorities and work calmly under pressure
