Service Delivery Coordinator

We are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator for our client, a technology based creative agency, based just outside Hertford.
The role includes
* Coordinating the customer service desk to meet the customers needs
* Collaborating with other departments to find solutions
* Preparing reports and analysing KPIs
* Finding ways to improve, and implementing them
* Ensure cases are dealt with correctly and within SLAs
* Facilitate meetings and working groups where necessary to fix problems
* Review feedback and cases to identify recurring problems and work to stop them from happening
Your skills will be:
* Excellent and natural communication, both in person and on the phone
* Strong written communication, including writing client facing documentation
* Diligent and conscientious
* Very comfortable with computer based technology
* Microsoft Office and Google docs literate
* Ideally educated to degree level
* Technical know-how
This position is paying a salary of GBP26,000 to GBP28,000 per annum. You will need to be able to provide out of hours cover, and be flexible to meet the needs of international clients and colleagues.
Please note, as this clients' offices are based in a rural location your own transport is essential.
