Architectural Technician/Coordinator
A regional housebuilder who work on a lovely range of housetypes taking pride in each one are looking to add expertise to the technical team. They have sites ranging from 10 to 100 units across Gloucestershire and Bristol.
Working in a small and dedicated team you will play a pivotal role from day one. Your varied responsibilites will include;
= Producing technical information
- Overseeing the work of external consultants
- Attending site meetings
- Putting together working drawings
In order to be considered you will be fluent with AutoCAD and hold a solid understanding of the planning systems and building regulations. Your portfolio should demonstrate your housing experience. A full driving licence is required.
