Fixed Term Contract - 4 months
Competitive Salary
Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
Do you want to work for a rapidly expanding client who is a leading name within their market?
We are working with an established client based in Telford; they are looking to for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months initially, with the strong hope this will lead to a permanent placement. The purpose of the role will be to complete transactional recruitment activity which directly links to the employee lifecycle, providing a proactive and professional service to both the employees and the wider business from a people perspective.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
* Manage your own workload in line with internal SLA's and KPIs'
* Manage transactional recruitment activity including requisition management, vacancy advertising, candidate processing, interview coordination, offer confirmation and generation and new starters and internal movers
* Manage, administer and answer general recruitment enquires, providing guidance on recruitment process and policy
* Assisting with the onboarding procedure, getting new starters setup on systems and offer letters generated
* Ensuring clear audit trails by using clear and concise notes with the Recruitment and HR applicant tracking and case management systems
* Ensuring essential candidate documentation is checked at assessment stage and logged accordingly
* Ensuring governance and compliance of HR data through the use of document management systems and tools
* Managing customer expectation using the most appropriate method of communication
* Completing and distributing reports and when required
* Promoting continuous improvement, seeking and recommending improved ways of working
* Supporting the wider HR team with key projects
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will have previous experience within an administrative role where providing excellent customer service is a priority; previous experience in recruitment would be advantageous but not essential. The ideal candidate will thrive from working in a fast paced environment; be good at multitasking and be able to prioritise your own workload. You will be able to work to timescales to manage people's expectations. Full training on processes and knowledge will be provided.
