Property Operations Assistant
(Maternity Cover 1 Year Fixed Term Contract)

The Role
To join our small friendly Operations team at our head office in Oxford to provide administrative support. The role will include sending out leases and licences to existing and new tenants, as well as providing critical cover for the rest of the Operations team as and when required. You will share responsibility with the other Operations Assistant for all tenant-related administration and record-keeping and will be one of the first points of contact for new tenants. You will be line managed by the Operations Manager.
The Person
We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic individual who shares our values to work for one of the UK’s leading social impact businesses. Someone with a key eye for and who loves to provide great customer service.
Contract Details
Salary: Up to £23,500 per annum gross - Depending on skills and experience.
Contract: 12 months Fixed-term contract (maternity cover)
Start date: 1st June 2021.
Working Hours: 37.50 hours per week, Mon – Fri, between the hours of 9 am – 5:30 pm.
Location: Oxford- (flexible working available)
