As the Sales Manager, you will be tasked with providing inspirational leadership, support and guidance to our salespeople in a manner that will help drive profitable vehicle, finance, warranty and G-Tech sales.
We already have a ‘good’ sales team in place, but we want them to become Great. Equally, we already provide a very good customer experience, but we want to become Exceptional. And this is where you come in.
Your role will be to ensure customers are delighted, every time, that through them we gain referrals and, in turn, we increase our profits.
With experience levels that show us you already know how to succeed in the automotive world, you’ll be the catalyst that will take our business to the next level. Your targets will be focused around increasing the range of finance and related products we sell, improving closing rates and delivering outstanding customer experience that enhance referral sales.
To be considered as our Sales Manager, you will need:
- A proven and progressive track record of two or more years in premium automotive sales
- A track record of consistently exceeding customer satisfaction and profitability objectives
- At least two years or more experience as a successful retail, transaction and/or business manager ideally in a premium car dealership
- A good level of IT literacy, especially with MS Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including a good telephone or video-call manner
- An FCA accreditation
- A full UK driving licence with no spent disqualifications for insurance purposes
