Civil Engineer

Our client is recruiting for a Civil Engineer with a background in infrastructure and drainage to join their team at their Basingstoke office. You will work to support engineers and technicians to deliver the Civil engineering design of the drainage and infrastructure aspects for several projects, from small domestic projects up to GBP20m in construction value. Work includes commercial structures, public sector structures, rail, domestic and temporary works design amongst others.

Required skills and experience:

• Relevant Civil Engineering degree

• Chartered or Near Chartered Engineer (ICE)

• 3+ years experience including design of private drainage networks

• Experienced using Micro Drainage or PDS/Causeway flow software

• Client focused approach with effective interpersonal and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence and own transport

• Eligible to live and work in the UK and high standard of written English

Salary: Negotiable dependent on current experience

Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays. Option to purchase up to 5 additional days holiday per year + your Birthday

Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week

Hours of Work: Flexible working hours. Core business hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 4.30pm.
