Joining us as Sessional Lecturer, your focus will be to teach on the Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management, using online assessment workbooks and classroom assessments. You will plan and prepare modules, deliver teaching and learning, conduct tutorials, assessment and marking for students on the programme. You’ll mentor and assess learners and ensure the timely completion of the qualification.

Do you hold a recognised management qualification (ILM/CMI) or are educated to Degree level in a relevant Business discipline? Do you have relevant and recent experience of working as a leader and manager in a commercial / business setting? If so, then we would love to hear from you!

We’re looking for an individual who is hardworking and flexible and who has a successful track record of tutoring and supporting adult learners, including setting and implementing target setting, monitoring and reviewing learner progress. With a recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent), you will have sound working knowledge of the key topics of the ILM Leadership and Management curriculum and a high level of computer literacy.

Successful recent experience of teaching Leadership and Management on Business qualifications at Level 3 is desirable.
