GBP22,000 + Bonus (GBP23,800 OTE)


40 hours per week including evenings and weekends



You must put the customer at the heart of your decision making, whilst following internal policies and processes.

As the Customer Service Advisor in our CarShop store, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to everyone in our store. Your main responsibility will be to handle queries and complaints that come through from our Contact Centre team. This will involve dealing with customers via the phone, email and face to face.

You will interact and build relationships with our external service providers and dealerships whom we have accounts with in order to resolve customer queries. You will manage customer repair bookings and keep customers informed of the progress of their repair.

What do I need to be successful?

You don't need to have come from the car industry to be successful in this role, but some experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is essential.

It would be ideal if you had some form of team leadership would be very useful to the successful candidate.

Excellent communication both written & verbal and a solutions focussed attitude are what we are looking for.

All we really NEED from you is a Full UK/EU Driving License.
